How to Order:
Select your items to purchase, and add them to your cart. Click on the checkout option and view your items for purchase. Once you are satisfied, use the checkout process to enter all of the necessary information.
Forms of Payment
BOLD by Kattour accepts payments made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of authorization of payment has been completed.
Continental United States
All items purchased have free shipping via U.S. Postal Service first class mail.
Priority shipping is available for an additional charge. After making this selection at checkout, the correct shipping amount will appear on your order. Orders shipped with Priority Mail should arrive within 2 - 3 business days.
Overnight shipping is available for an additional charge. After making this selection at checkout, the correct shipping amount will appear on your order. Packages may be shipped by the USPS, FedEx, or UPS. All next day deliveries must be made by 1pm of the day before delivery. Sunday Deliveries are not available.

You will have the opportunity to insure your shipment at checkout, for an additional fee. While we do not mandate that you insure your order, we do recommend it, as lost shipments etc., can occur, and are not the responsibility of BOLD by Kattour.
All items may be exchanged for store credit or a different Item of the same price within 14 days of purchase date.
An item will be exchanged or repaired if the item is defective, not as described, or damaged during shipment. It must be returned in original condition and packaging within 14 days of purchase date. Buyer must e-mail Kattour@BOLDbykattour.com with any problem and obtain a return approval authorization number. Item must be returned via USPS, UPS or Fed Ex and insured.
Please be aware that BOLD by Kattour makes one-of-a-kind jewelry items, so if an item is returned, it may not be replaced with duplicate item.
BOLD by Kattour strives to be as accurate as possible in describing and photographing items. However, due to natural differences in stones, beads, pearls, and other materials, and because computer monitors may be calibrated differently, the item may appear slightly different when you receive it at home. Also, no two items will look exactly alike, even if a design is duplicated.
BOLD by Kattour concentrates on creating unique one-of-a-kind designs; please keep this in mind when ordering. We want the buying experience to be a pleasant one and we will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction.
Should your item break due to regular and normal use and/or wear, we will attempt to repair it at no cost. Simply return the item, including all pieces and stones to the address above and please be sure to protect the item when you package it. Please also insure the item when you mail it.
If an item has undergone damage that is above and beyond regular or normal use and/or wear, a fee may be charged to repair the item, depending on the degree of damage. The buyer will be contacted in such a case.
If an item cannot be repaired, or if the item requires additional materials, a fee will be discussed with you before any work is done.
